#CoveredCalifornia open enrollment for 2020 is upon us, and Community Medical Centers is here to help you sign up for the health insurance and the healthcare you need and deserve.

When signing up, applicants must have the name, age, income and location of each family member being enrolled. Documentation also is needed of applicants’ identity, legal status, recent tax filings and current health insurance, if any.

The open enrollment period runs from Oct. 15, 2019 through Jan. 15, 2020. Please call (209) 373-2824 or email getcovered@cmcenters.org to make an appointment with one of our Certified Enrollment Counselors.
