Job Title: Chief Medical Officer                                                                                           Location: Stockton, CA 
FLSA Status: Exempt

The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the medical care component of the Community Medical Centers (CMC) delivery system, and for providing direct primary physician services to the program's target population.  The Chief Medical Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed as a physician in the State of California, must have three to five years’ experience in medical administration in a community health center or similar setting, knowledge and/or experience in working with populations, and current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Job Title: Dentist                                                                                                                     Location: Stockton, CA

Job Title: Licensed Clinical Site Manager                                                                       Location: Stockton, CA 
FLSA Status: Exempt

The Clinical Site Manager is responsible for the delivery of optimum patient care at the clinic site. The position directs day-to-day operations, supervises nursing staff and medical assistant activities to ensure quality of care, patient flow and compliance with regulations and governing agencies. This position is responsible for staff development and performance. The position reports to and is under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer, and collaborates to facilitate the provision of quality nursing care. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with at least three (3) years progressively responsible management and supervisory experience with specific knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability in the areas of management, staff development, organizational evaluation, professional staff development and leadership skills in an ambulatory medical care setting with preference given for experience in Community Health Centers,  knowledge and understanding of customs, beliefs, and needs of consumer populations served, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, written and verbal communication skills in English commensurate with college level education, with preference given for written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, current CPR card from the American Heart Association. Must also have a valid California Registered Nurse license, FNP or Current California licensure as a Physician Assistant, Driver’s License, proof of insurance and personal transportation. Job Title: Case Manager                                                                                                    Location: Stockton, CA 
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Case Managers will provide case management services (including counseling, referral and follow-up services) to ensure the coordination of support and enabling services to meet the ongoing needs patients. The Case Manager reports to the EIS Program Coordinator. Minimum requirements: AA with six (6) months of full-time experience in individual and group education case management or social service programs or 1 year of similar experience, ability to communicate information on sensitive issues including sexuality, drug use, and physical and mental health,public speaking ability, good written and verbal communication skills, preference will be given to individuals bilingual in Spanish and English; written and verbal, valid California Driver's license, proof of insurance and personal transportation.
