Community Medical Centers, Inc. (CMC) seeks a knowledgeable and visionary financial leader with experience in health care.  In partnership with Chief Executive Officer and the management team, the successful candidate will maintain and enhance CMC’s fiscal position to enable the organization to maintain and expand the outstanding programs that now exist at CMC, to strategize funding opportunities to enable the organization to grow to meet the increasing demand for services, and to enable CMC to meet the new challenges and opportunities presented by the recently passed Affordable Care Act.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in maintaining and enhancing the fiscal position of an organization, strong abilities in fiscal management, the ability to develop the fiscal infrastructure of the organization, and the ability to work as part of a team dedicated to serve community members in need of its services. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct clinical nursing services to Health Center patients. Daily professional direction is given by the clinician (s) at the site of assignment. The Registered Nurse reports to the Director of Staff Development & Nursing Administration to facilitate the provision of quality nursing functions and is under the general direction of the clinic Manager/Coordinator regarding administrative responsibilities. Must be licensed in the State of California as a Registered Nurse, IV certification preferred, preference for individuals with the ability to communicate in Spanish and English, Valid California Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, personal transportation, and Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of case management services and counseling, and facilitation of support groups for clients with health related issues. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker reports to the Medical Director.  Applicants must have a Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work, a valid California license as a Clinical Social Worker, and one year of post MSW social casework.  Applicants should have experience in counseling individuals and families, crisis intervention, and public speaking.  Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Even though we are currently NOT hiring for this position, we are accepting applications and we keep them active for 6 months.The Medical Assistant is responsible for setting up exam rooms, assisting the clinicians and preparing the patients for examination.  This position reports to and is under the general direction of the physician staff with collaboration of the Director of Staff Development and Clinic Manager at the site(s) of assignment for supervision and training, delivery of services and performance evaluations.
