Job Title: Controller                                                                                                         Location: Stockton, CA 
FLSA Status: Exempt

The Controller performs finance functions related to the practice management and accounting systems.  This position is responsible for input and output, promoting and improving systems, providing proper audit trails and controlling record protection.  This Controller is responsible for the supervision of accounting staff. Minimum Requirements; BA degree in accounting/finance, 8 yrs of exp. in finance and accounting procedures, audits and full general ledger oversight, exp in 2nd and 3rd party billing for medical organizations and 4 yrs of supervisory experience in an accounting or finance department is preferred. Job Title: Licensed Clinical Site Manager                                                                       Location: Stockton, CA 
FLSA Status: Exempt

The Clinical Site Manager is responsible for the delivery of optimum patient care at the clinic site. The position directs day-to-day operations, supervises nursing staff and medical assistant activities to ensure quality of care, patient flow and compliance with regulations and governing agencies. This position is responsible for staff development and performance. The position reports to and is under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer, and collaborates to facilitate the provision of quality nursing care. Minimum qualifications: Bachelorís degree in Nursing with at least three (3) years progressively responsible management and supervisory experience with specific knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability in the areas of management, staff development, organizational evaluation, professional staff development and leadership skills in an ambulatory medical care setting with preference given for experience in Community Health Centers,  knowledge and understanding of customs, beliefs, and needs of consumer populations served, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, written and verbal communication skills in English commensurate with college level education, with preference given for written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, current CPR card from the American Heart Association. Must also have a valid California Registered Nurse license, FNP or Current California licensure as a Physician Assistant, Driverís License, proof of insurance and personal transportation. Job Title: Infection Control Coordinator                                                                            Location: Stockton, CA

The Infection Control Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resources for all phases of the medical infection control program. Job Title: Assistant WIC Coordinator                                                                                    Location: Stockton, CA
FLSA Status: Exempt

The Assistant WIC Coordinator is responsible for assisting the WIC Coordinator in the overall program operations and for providing nutrition education, assessment and services to clients.  In the absence of the WIC Coordinator, the Assistant WIC Coordinator is responsible for the overall operations of the WIC program.  This position reports directly to the WIC Coordinator. Must be Registered or registration eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and a Bachelorís Degree in a related field. must have at least one (1) year WIC experience, including client assessment, counseling and education, at least one (1) year supervisory experience, including employee evaluations, assignments and adherence to program requirements, must have knowledge of  basic nutrition principles, ability to relate to low-income, minority individuals, valid California driverís license, proof of insurance and personal transportation. Job Title: Medical Receptionist
