Job Title: Licensed Clinical Site Manager
Location: Stockton, CA FLSA Status: Exempt
The Clinical Site Manager is responsible for the
delivery of optimum patient care at the clinic site. The position
directs day-to-day operations, supervises nursing staff and medical
assistant activities to ensure quality of care, patient flow and
compliance with regulations and governing agencies. This position is
responsible for staff development and performance. The position
reports to and is under the general direction of the Chief Operations
Officer, and collaborates to facilitate the provision of quality
nursing care. Minimum requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in
Nursing with at least three (3) years progressively responsible
management and supervisory experience with specific knowledge,
experience, and demonstrated ability in the areas of management, staff
development, organizational evaluation, professional staff development
and leadership skills in an ambulatory medical care setting with
preference given for experience in Community Health Centers, knowledge
and understanding of customs, beliefs, and needs of consumer
populations served, ability to work independently with minimum
supervision, written and verbal communication skills in English
commensurate with college level education, with preference given for
written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, current CPR card
from the American Heart Association. Valid California Registered Nurse
license, FNP or Current California licensure as a Physician Assistant,

Job Title: Director of Quality Improvement
Location: Stockton, CA FLSA Status: Exempt
The Director of Quality Improvement is responsible for developing,
implementing, monitoring, and evaluating Community Medical Center,
Inc.'s Quality Improvement Program. The position provides
organizational technical support, policy design and implementation,
systems development, program assessment and compliance, and
performance improvement processes consistent with the mission and
goals of the organization. The Director of Quality Improvement reports
to the Chief Executive Officer.
Minimum Requirements include: Master's Degree in Nursing, Public
Health, Public Administration or Management and four (4) years
increasingly responsible management experience in quality
improvement, utilization review, risk management, and staff
development; or Baccalaureate Degree in one of the above and at least
six (6) years increasingly responsible management experience in
quality development and improvement activities. Demonstrated
organizational, management, supervisory and teaching skills in a
health care delivery organization. Knowledge and understanding of
JCAHO accreditation standards, principles of quality and performance
improvement processes, NCQA standards, Title 22, and State/Federal
regulations. Knowledge of Electronic Health Records and Patient
Centered Medical home desirable. Effective verbal and written
communication skills in English and demonstrated ability to analyze
data and write concise narrative and statistical reports. Preference
will be given to individuals bilingual in Spanish and English, written
and verbal and valid California driver's license, auto insurance and
