Community Medical Centers, Inc. (CMC) is a charitable, not-for-profit (501c3) community based organization. CMC’s primary purpose is to provide comprehensive health care services for the poor, sick, homeless and chronically ill children, families and individuals in San Joaquin, Solano and Yolo counties.

Our mission is more challenging than ever with the rising costs of health care. There is an increasing need for private funds to continue providing medical and dental care to the vulnerable and underserved people in our communities.

Your donation can help a sick child get that doctor office visit, the pregnant teen receive prenatal care, or the working dad diabetes treatment or better yet, prevention.
