Community Medical Centers’ Early Intervention Services (EIS) Program provides coordinated care for people living with HIV, those newly diagnosed or returning to care, and people at risk for HIV.

Services include HIV, STI, and Hepatitis C testing; primary HIV medical care and treatment; PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention; dental care; nutrition counseling; pharmacy services; and health education. EIS also provides case management and assistance with medications, insurance, ADAP, and other benefits, as well as referrals and support to help patients overcome barriers and stay connected to care.

HIV testing, prevention, and early intervention services are available to the community, with assistance available regardless of insurance status.
