Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Stockton, CA

Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial, activities including development and implementation of short and long-term financial planning, creation and monitoring of financial policies and procedures, development and maintenance of operational and capital budgets, ongoing analysis of revenue generation, income lifecycles, reserves, and expenditures, and oversight of  accounting, billing, payroll, and purchasing functions including supervisory, professional and clerical staff.  The CFO maximizes the corporation’s financial position and assures financial viability by providing leadership and direction to the leadership team, financial and operational strategies, and timely and accurate financial or other related reports to management and the Board of Directors. 

 

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with ten (10) years of experience or Master’s degree with (8) years of experience. Job Title: Physical Therapist Part time or Full time

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing general physical therapy care to CMC’s target population as part of an integrated care team model.  The role of the Physical Therapist is to work as part of the Health Care Team to help restore patient's function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy. Job Title: Data Analyst II
Location: Stockton, CA

The Data Analyst II uses their technical skills and training to extract data from core application libraries for the purposes of creating and manipulating complex spreadsheets and formulas, discovery of patterns and relationships, creation of summarized reports for senior management. These reports are used to assess business events and trends, as interpreted from health care clinical data and corporate financial data. Candidates must have a strong mathematical ability and a passion for analytical work.  Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Data Analyst serves as a decision support specialist for projects relating to practice workflow improvement, enhancements to quality outcomes for patient services, and the proper use of professional resources to meet the organizational objectives.  Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree with a major in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Computer Sciences, and at least 3 years of experience in scientific or enterprise data analytics.     The primary focus of the Substance Use Counselor is to use a patient centered approach and effective communication to assist patients to cope with the substance abuse and dependence issues and practical arrangements related to the patient’s illness. Effective outreach and engagement strategies that establish trust and overcome barriers resulting from isolation, stigma, and the symptoms of mental health and/or substance use problems will be utilized. A sustained support model to meet basic needs and respond to individual preferences as well as trauma-informed services that restore hope will be utilized. The Substance Use Counselor is a member of the healthcare team providing assessments, coordination, treatment planning, information and referral to community resources and other social work services.
