Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Stockton, CA

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Account Clerk staff in the Finance Department.  This position oversees daily input and output to/from the corporate general and sub ledgers, in accordance with policies established by the employer, while following GAAP practices for the health care industry. The Accounting Manager will, at all times, operate so as to assure financial security by following sound internal controls practices and by observing the confidentiality of company data. This position is responsible for the supervision of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Account Clerk staff in the Finance Department.  This manager reports to and works under the general direction of the Controller, or in the absence of the Controller, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). MInimum Requriments: BA/BS degree with emphasis in Accounting/Finance, Eight (8) years’ experience in finance and accounting procedures including audits and full general ledger oversight. Must have a record of progressively greater responsibilities in that time, at least four (4) years of supervisory experience in an accounting or finance department is preferred, proficiency in MS Office modules, include intermediate skills in Excel 2012 or higher, MS Word, and at least two different automated general ledger systems. Experience with MS Dynamics 2010 or higher is preferred, must exhibit a cordial and respectful manner in dealing with other company staff, vendors and clients. We are a “people-based” business, so this trait is paramount, valid California Driver's License, proof of automobile insurance and personal transportation. Job Title: Data Analyst II
Location: Stockton, CA

The Data Analyst II uses their technical skills and training to extract data from core application libraries for the purposes of creating and manipulating complex spreadsheets and formulas, discovery of patterns and relationships, creation of summarized reports for senior management. These reports are used to assess business events and trends, as interpreted from health care clinical data and corporate financial data. Candidates must have a strong mathematical ability and a passion for analytical work.  Under the direction of the Director of Health Information Technology, the Data Analyst II serves as a decision support specialist for projects relating to practice workflow improvement, enhancements to quality outcomes for patient services, and the proper use of professional resources to meet the organizational objectives. Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree with a major in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Computer Sciences, and at least 3 years of experience in scientific or enterprise data analytics. Examples are: real estate analysis with an investment group or fund, investment trust asset valuation, banking or insurance risk/actuarial studies, or data analysis for hospital, public health or advocacy institutions, expert or very advanced Excel skills level, expert or very advanced SQL report composition skills, expert or very advanced skills with Oracle Discoverer or other ad hoc querying tools, advanced data analysis (“mining”), data modeling, and financial modeling skills, using 4th dimension, interdisciplinary modeling dynamics, excellent professional presentation and written communication skills, experience developing pitch book, business plans, and/or cash flow models is preferred, experience with healthcare (medical or surgical) data analysis is preferred.
