CPSP is here to support you from pregnancy to parenting. When you sign up, you will be assigned a Comprehensive Perinatal Health Worker who will help you and your baby receive the best care possible. Services include:

• Enrollment Assistance for Temporary Medi-Cal (if eligible)
• Referral to Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC), a food benefit and nutrition education program
• Classes on pregnancy, breastfeeding, newborn care, childbirth preparation, and more
• Behavioral Health Professionals for additional emotional support when needed
• Prenatal-safe dental care to catch oral health infections that could impact pregnancy
• Sweet Success Program for coping with diabetes during pregnancy (available in San Joaquin County only)
• Registered Dieticians for nutrition education
• Delivery hospital information and tour
• Scheduling postpartum and well baby appointments
